After three sold-out theatre editions and a broadcast on NPO3 (VPRO), De Vrouwejaars has become an established tradition. A selection of female artists offers an alternative to the traditional New Year's Eve conference: distinctive perspectives on 2026, exploring personal and current topics.

The programme combines stand-up, comedy, cabaret, singing and music - featuring new material alongside highlights from their current work.
