Queen Budapest (Matinee)

Queen Budapest brings the legendary Queen concert from the Népstadion in Budapest (1986) fully restored in 4K to the cinema. During the Magic Tour, Queen was one of the first major Western rock bands to perform behind the Iron Curtain. The performance is considered the last filmed live performance of the band with Freddie Mercury.

The original 35mm footage has been restored by Sir Peter Jackson's Park Road facility, with a newly mixed soundtrack based on the original multitrack recordings. The setlist includes Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, A Kind Of Magic, Under Pressure and Who Wants To Live Forever. The film also features a new interview with Brian May and Roger Taylor, specially recorded for this cinema release.

Doors open at 13:30, the film starts at 14:00 and is expected to end at 16:00. Tickets cost € 21 including a welcome drink. Forum free tickets and film gift vouchers are not valid for this music special.
