Moss (listening session)

The time printed on your ticket is the show's start time, with doors opening 30 minutes earlier. For the full schedule, check the Melkweg website.

Entry is handled entirely through your smartphone. Tickets live in the Ticketmaster app or your online Ticketmaster account, and since the barcode refreshes continuously, a screenshot or photo won't work at the door. You can, however, save your ticket to your phone's wallet for easy scanning on entry. If you'd like to pass tickets on to someone else or resell them, do this through the transfer or resale option in your Ticketmaster account, which generates a fresh, valid barcode for the new holder.

Cineville pass holders should note that their ticket is only valid together with the pass itself: no separate ticket or barcode is issued after ordering, just a confirmation. Instead, bring your pass to the Melkweg box office to have it scanned and receive your ticket, ideally between 15 and 30 minutes before the film starts.

If you find you can't make it, please cancel in good time by emailing info@melkweg.nl with your order number, so the seat can be freed up for someone else.
