Am Freitag, 28. August, präsentiert Astrant das alternative Programm der Heideweek. Der Abend steht im Zeichen von The Ripple Effect, einer Rage Against the Machine Tributeband, die dieses Jahr auch beim Woetstok in Wageningen auftrat.

Das Programm eröffnet eine Support-Band, die in Kürze bekannt gegeben wird. Danach übernimmt The Ripple Effect die Bühne mit Songs wie Killing in the Name, Bulls on Parade und Guerrilla Radio.
