Entry to this event is entirely smartphone-based. Your tickets are available in the Ticketmaster app and your online Ticketmaster account. Because the barcode updates continuously, a screenshot or photo will not work at the door. You can add tickets to your phone's wallet for easy scanning at the entrance. To pass tickets on or resell them, use the transfer and resale features in your Ticketmaster account - this ensures the recipient gets a valid ticket with a fresh barcode.

Cineville ticket holders: your ticket is only valid in combination with your Cineville pass. You will not receive a barcode after ordering - just a confirmation. Collect your ticket at the Melkweg box office between 30 and 15 minutes before the show starts by scanning your pass. If you can no longer attend, please cancel in good time by emailing info@melkweg.nl (include your order number) so the seat can be freed up.
