Entry is entirely digital. Your tickets are available in the Ticketmaster app and your online Ticketmaster account. Because the barcode updates continuously, screenshots or photos of it will not work at the door - use the app or add your tickets to your phone's wallet for easy scanning. To pass tickets on or resell them, use the transfer and resale features in your Ticketmaster account so the recipient gets a valid ticket with a fresh barcode.

Cineville ticket holders: your ticket is only valid in combination with your Cineville pass. No ticket or barcode is sent after ordering - just a confirmation. Collect your ticket at the Melkweg box office between 30 and 15 minutes before the film starts by scanning your pass. If you can no longer attend, request a cancellation in good time via info@melkweg.nl (include your order number) so the seat can be freed up.
